I rang the club to find out what the parking situation was as I hadn`t heard anything, and was told that previously the club HAD subsidised the car parking, but they have now been told that all operations must cover themselves financially.

It wasn`t me who was having a go at somebody over their level of posting was it? Pot and Kettle? Glass houses etc.......?

He was telling someone to get a life the other day and not spend so much time on this forum. He is now up to 14 posts per day and it`s only 3.15pm!

Don`t quite understand this. Surely Dunes "tax" is £3 per transaction, so the more tickets you buy at one time, the less per ticket??

Buy all 6 tickets and only pay 50p "tax" per ticket!!

Heard on Radio Solent this morning that astronauts from the most recent Space Shuttle trip are touring this country and their first stop is Fratt*n P*rk where they will meet 8000 school children. Apart from being the biggest crowd there for a while, do you think that the astronauts first thoughts will hark back to "Planet of the Apes?"

I think that the "child" bit might be relevent.
