  1. Haven`t seen Rhod Gilbert live, although I think that he is in Southampton later this year. People that I have enjoyed seeing live recently are Stewart Francis, Lee Mack and Milton Jones. Worst "comedian" by far was Paddy McGuiness at The Guildhall last year. A very short unfunny act.
  2. Saw Peter Kay at the Apollo a few years ago and it has to be said, he was bloody funny. Having said that, he has certainly gone off the boil over recent years.
  3. And who was instrumental in bringing the al Mirage Brothers to FP? Who was in talks with them when Sacha "sold" to the potless Sheik (who was introduced to the club by Dave Richards of the PL)? It was Pete!!
  4. I think that he is definitely English. Most foreign posters would have a far better grasp of the language than he does.
  5. Yes. If you would like to put it on here we will proof read it and correct it for you and we won`t tell anyone. They will think that it was all your own work. Honest.
  6. That`s if anyone can understand it!
  7. It has certainly cheered my afternoon up!
  8. A bit like the OP I expect!!
  9. Apparently they are being sent out on 15th. This information is supposedly on the OS, but I haven`t found it yet.
  10. Yes but this is an internet forum, so those names are perfectly acceptable apparently. I would love to see Deanovski at a job interview!

  12. Are you saying that the way that you write/talk on an internet forum is different to the way that you do it anywhere else? Hmm.. Well, I think that it`s safe to assume that I left school a long time before you did (assuming that you actually went at all) and I can remember how to speak and write in a half-decent manner. I happen to think that being able to communicate with other people properly is quite an important skill to have. What is your excuse?
  13. Do they still teach proper punctuation, use of capitals, spelling and grammar at schools nowadays?? Just curious.
  14. What I don`t fully understand is how they are going to cut the wage bill by 50% just by axing 85 "foot soldiers". The biggest wage earners are the players (whose wages are protected by the PFA) and execs. I wonder just what percentage was saved by yesterdays action.

  16. Why shouldn`t the club do this?? Taking 44,000 fans to a final at the new Wembley IS a big deal regardless of what competition it`s in. ML and NC want the club to be self-financing so they are obviously going to try and raise revenue off the back of success.
