Charles Miller was the son of a railway worker in Brazil. He returned to Southampton for an education in 1884. he was a natural at football.He played as a winger/striker. On his return to Brazil the first clubs were formed - Corinthians. Corinthians won the Charles Miller international tournament in 1955 a statue to him is erected outside the stadium. If we do indeed get a well known striker from Brazil then the above when properly researched and in conjunction with the player and photo of statue would make the skeleton good press release. there is much more info on the web i.e. Southampton toured in the early days.
