We are enquiring with a valuation and fixed wages in mind if the clubs/players dont accept it we go away! this is good business would you rather return to the old days where we bought medicore players for large sums and paid them above the board so our exisitng players lost motivation? I for one would rather have a close knit committed team working together and would not risk losing this by paying a player or a club over the top! Have patience there will be good pickings to have as reality sets in when the window approaches and if not we have the option of loans and then the window again in January. Our exisiting team is currently top of the league with a 100% record we are not that desperate!

I dont agree! we are hard negotiaters and value every pound spent and that is the correct way to do buisiness. I remember the way we used to squander what little we had on average players at best in the past and am glad we are being more prudent.
