  1. No its people who pander to this pathetic notion of Im a true fan I have a season ticket. Many people have numerous reasons about not having season tickets. I.e. Jobs, financial circumstances. I had a season ticket for 30 years prior to saying enough is enough. So does that say Im no longer a fan? To accuse someone of staying away of killing our club is your opinion and you are entitled to it. But to look at it another way, are you not killing the club also by supporting this current board of directors by buying a season ticket. The myth of going along to support the players is a dead one. How many of those players will stick around when they get a better offer? I bet you there would not be many. At the moment they are being paid a wage and the current board pay their wages via our gate money. Without that they will go to their next paymaster and play there. Thats where their loyalty ends with us.
  2. The only way is to boycott. Those of you may spout off about all this true supporter rubbish but you, along with this idiotic board are the ones killing this club. If you sat outside and protested during the game it would have much more of an effect. Lets face it, the way we are going we will be relegated. Div 1 most certainly means administration and all the rest of trouble it will cause. All these muppets who keep saying, I go to support the players are deluding themselves. The majority of these players are free agents should we enter administration. They will simply find new clubs. Will they look back and say, well those fans watched us play. No they wont. They wont think twice. To rescue this club we need to hit Rupert and his mates where it hurts. Wont look to good on his financial Cv, the adverse publicity he will receive will it. DO SOMETHING NOW BEFORE ITS TOO LATE AND STOP DESTROYING OUR CLUB!!!!.
  3. Not saying violence is the answer but i am puzzled as to how no one has had a serious attempt on Lowe yet. There must be a few physcos out there. He surely is the most hated man on the south coast.
  4. When will the majority get it into their heads that this is the only way. Yes everyone must boycott. Forget all this rubbish of, if you dont go you are not a true fan. The truth is the true fans will boycott and not give a penny more to Lowe and his cronies. And as for the Man U game, how the hell can that sell out if our average gate is half the attendance this game has attracted. Those that are going to this game are all guilty to destroying our club, because it is not true support. Enough of this rubbish and lets get our club back.

  6. Title of this thread was Unsung Hero. Got to be Frannie Benali. You talk to most non-saints fans and they rate him as terrible, but we all no how impotant he was to us.
  7. Yes but dont forget he cant be sold no as the window is closed and as contracts are worth nothing these days, it still means nothing
  8. Wow, yet more spin from the OS. Do they think we are all muppets who think that contracts mean he will be with us in 2011. Get real. Contracts are worth nothing. If he bangs in 10 goals between now and January he will be sold without question.
  9. Finances might be getting stronger or not as is probably the case but dont forget we have Chairman Low e. He would sell his gran is she would make him money. Leopards dont change their spots!!!
  10. I was never sure of where we were going when he was appointed at St Mary's by Lowe, but I find it interesting that he is now out in Bejing working for Team GB and we have the potential for our highest medal count since 1920. Did we all miss the point of what he was trying to achieve here??
  11. Was fortunate enough to meet both Jan and Killer out in the car park afterwards. Was impressed with how positive Jan is, unlike that idiot/**** head we had before in Burley. If that positive energy rubs off on the squad we wont do much wrong. As for Killer, how great it is to have him back after all he has been through. I mean 5 operations. A year ago I had a serious knee op and at one stage it was making me really depressed. God knows how Killer must have felt having had 5, and then now this bloke is making his league comeback on Saturday. The bloke is a legend.
