As I said earlier on another post; I'm sure McG must be "bottoming" for Wotte or Rupert or both of them. I can't think of any other reason why both Jan & now Wotte persist with him week in - week out - game in - game out. I have no dislike of the lad whatsoever as a person (I don't even know him) - and I know we don't exactly have an abundance of strikers at the club - but surely surely he's not the answer?!?! We desperately need a partner for Saga up front - a proven goalscorer - from someone somewhere...and quick. Easier said than done I realise - but more goals is our only (exceedingly) slim chance of getting out of trouble & avoiding relegation. And McG - week in - week out - is NOT the answer ffs.

I am seeing a number of chances in this game - if only we can find our shooting boots. We do sound like conceeding though every time City attack - which is worrying somewhat. But I can see us scoring. I'd grab a point ffs quite happily having said that...
