Peretz barely had a save to make from open play, despite them launching it towards our goal. we defended well in the main.

The real disappointment is that apart from about a 15 min spell, we never imposed ourselves on the game

Matsuki is pretty poor IMO. Yeah, tidy on the ball and had some nice flicks, but gives it away far too often and incredibly light weight

Thought Matsuki was poor. defending well, don’t recall Peretz having much of a save to make in open play, but we gave away so many opportunities to get the ball in our box from a set piece situation. They pressed us very well for the majority of the game.

They have had more of the ball...it is an aerial game. We have defended pretty well in the main, and the two best chances have fallen to us

Then when they win the ball, and they are, Wellington will turn into Manning when being doubled upon

Given the subs we have available, and assuming he makes them, we will surely get better as the games goes on?

HT The quality of the game is pretty low, much of a battle. We are seemingly light in the middle of the park. The back line has dealt with most things comfortable (aerially particularly). We lack quality in the middle. Leo hardly touched the ball and Matsuki, for me, is way too light weight. However, we have had the best 2 chances of the game Charles for Matsuki for me, Stewart for Arma and Fellows for Azaz

He has been involved as much as Leo, probably more
