The rule is if signed after the 1st leg of the semi final, then that player is out. Semenyo was signed before , Guehi a couple of days after. stupid rules, but was a rule at the start of the season and the same for all teams. They never had a problem with it a few weeks back, or in the summer when they could have pressed their case for a rule change.
