  1. He is doing well for a team with players that should be top 3. Being 7th is not his fault (nice one Will), but Tonda needs to get some big game wins under him. Boro away was pathetic, Pompey away was meh, let's see how he handles March. The talk on here earlier in the season of Saints not having a good squad was hilarious, and shows how clueless some fans are with either our own players and/or the league in general.
  2. what makes it worse, there are plenty of utterly useful idiots who will will this on, for no other reason than to virtue signal. The country is gone, we are in the slow decline of a great nation that will be split by weird sectarian lines, dominated by downtown shit holes in big cities. Whilst this is happening, those in power do fuck all about it. It is all very strange.
  3. it wont be long before parts of Bradford or Birmingham are openly hostile to certain sections of 'society' (than they already are), and that booze is banned outright and such like. Meanwhile, thousands more pour into the country completely unchecked.
  4. A friend of my uncle served on a warship (Edinburgh) the same time as him in the late 80s, and he always said he is a massive prick and everyone hated him
  5. We have also not beaten any of the promotion challengers above us under Tonda. that will have to change to go up. being top of the form table at this point since he took over is a good thing, but also suggests we are flat track bullies when you look a little deeper. we have Wrexham and Cov away soon, with Ipswich and Hull home we are going to have to win 2 of those at least.
  6. Multi club model proving successful
  7. I have been to Lisbon’s and thought it was a drug ridden shit hole
  8. The club website mentions - St Mary’s
  9. Guess that is soggy on another self imposed exile for a day or so
  10. Be criminal if we don't win this.
  11. They were tidy without being threatening, and defended fairly well in the 1st half. Their keeper though....
  12. Heard on the radio that it is likely (if not confirmed) that few laws are coming from 1 July (and possibly implemented at the World Cup). If I heard it right..... time bound with throw-ins Time bound with subs Time bound with corners Time bound with goal kick from the 6 yard box VAR can intervene for 2nd yellows VAR can intervene for the awarding of a corner. Possibly others. Not sure about the additional VAR suggestions, but I guess VAR is not going away. But I do like the time restrictions...so much is wasted by a player plodding from the other side of the pitch to take a corner in order to waste time.
  13. It was insane at the time, let alone looking back from this point. the 3 at the back, THB asked to play like peak Koeman, Fellows being fucked over, Jack Stephens coming on for Leo and to play CM, Downs being our 2nd striker.... It killed any hope of a top 2 challenge after a couple of weeks, when we evidently have one of the best groups of players in the league.
  14. Must give a nod to their keeper. Pretty influential in a couple of our goals
  15. you mean, like Kieffer Moore?
  16. Loss to Blackburn was criminal, Leo off, Stephens on in CM.
  17. 2nd half miles better than the 3rd. Everyone played well, but Leo, Azaz and Larin were just the level above. It cannot be disputed that we have one of the best squads' in the league.
  18. How shit was Will Still as Saints manager? My god.
  19. Remarkable what a a fucking appalling job he did
  20. You are deluded mate...we clearly have one of the best squads in the league...quite comfortably.
  21. When people suggest we dont have one of the strongest squads in the league, just look at the bench tonight ffs. They all pretty much start in about 18 other sides in the league.
  22. And then had to play 3 at the back because we never had any RBs
  23. LOL - respect
