  1. They seem to be able to get players to move to/through us easily enough....
  2. we were a decent Premier League club when Sports Republic came in. Now, here we are with their amazingly beneficial multi-club model, we are set for a fantastic future, where we consume the fruits of their labour.... Exciting times.
  3. The bloke who wrote this had hopes.... https://footballleagueworld.co.uk/southampton-fc-have-exciting-forward-juan-he-could-save-will-still-millions/
  4. Should have loaned him to us. Kind of like Juan signing for saints to then be 'moved' out to Turkey.
  5. how is that working out?
  6. You know, there is no need to explain everything.
  7. I was thinning Romulo. But yes, Juan too
  8. How is it a benefit for Saints. Looking at the pitch, league table and pretty much every other real-life metric, how do they benefit saints As per many of these inter-club signings, I doubt Sanda will ever play a meaningful game for saints. May make the odd sub appearance in the cup if we draw a League 2 side at home, or make the bench if we have injury crisis in that area whilst trying to plod along with 3 at the back. Anyway, made the point of player profit to the 'group'
  9. Just seen he was SOLD to RB Leipzig in the summer, so wont be coming here when we need him. Yeah, heart is in the right place.
  10. 3x their record signing or something right in regards to a received fee? Maybe for the entire division? Signing for a club who will never play him, and really nothing more than giving the French club a leg up (as we are having to make massive cuts ourselves).
  11. Who was that player at the Turkish side, who looked like bit of a beast up front. I am sure we could have really utilised him this season over Downs. There must have been a technical issue as to why he never arrived in the Summer, so I am sure we will see him January 1st.
  12. I said player trading profits, using Saints as a vehicle to shift players. The CB from France, players signed and immediately given to the Turkish side. Nothing benefits us, but it MAY benefit the 'group'
  13. I think that demonstrates their total failure in the transfer market. They are fucking appalling owners, and suggesting 'their heart is in the right place' is quite hilarious to me. Lowe's heart was in the right place, but I doubt anyone would give him such a pass
  14. Thoughts?
  15. Their heart is in the multi-club model, and player profit trading.
  16. to be fair with the Palace situation, their issue was completely avoidable.
  17. the current over-use of the word "like" by the younger generation.

    Russia

No Tomahawks for Ukraine, in the public domain at least. Entirely predictable. Ukraine could not operate those in any respect, and would potentially drag the US nearer the fight (which is what many want).
  19. They are whacking Afghani's right now.
  20. Not sure anyone has been 'fingered' for that? Some online believe it was Still as the picture used to post the article was clearly SMS. Fuck knows, in other words.
  21. Hell Yeah...agree
  22. Exactly, Martin delivered in this league and it was pretty clear he would be an utter failure in the Premier League, which was the fact I wanted him out. Will Still will not even get close to matching that, despite how shite Martin was
  23. could not agree more. Very lame from both of the. I kind of expect it from Blackmore, I guess his continued and unrelenting gushing around Ralph and Martin Semens is ingrained. House however - for some reason seems really disappointing. Probably because he can be pretty sarky/rude to fans being reasonable about their uncertainty with Still.
  24. You have to be joking, right? One is a sycophant, who seemingly suckles on the teat of who ever put in front of them. The other can be pretty rude to saints fans online for simply questioning the manager (not actually demanding he does it, mind). When you compare that to the peers around the country, it is pretty lame. Not saying they have to be rude, not at all but represent the fans base frustration at least. A good recent example of this. House stated that another media booking was due to take place during the international break - nothing happened (easy to assume why)....Yet, nothing mentioned again. Im sure people on here will say "what is the point", I guess that is part of the problem/the decline.
