I don't think the nucleus of the squad was that bad last season. We had more than enough quality to stay up, as is displayed by all the departures. As been said many times, it was the chronic mismanagement of the team that relegated us. We still had enough time to escape after the sacking of Jones, yet somehow the club still contrived to replace him with someone equally as inept. Had we replaced Ralph with a decent manager we would have stayed up no problem. Possibly meaning Everton would be in our shoes now.

I guess a lot of it depends on Calvert Lewin and if they think he can last a season without getting injured. Will need some kind of cover I suppose. Maupay hasn't exactly lit up the place, but the same could be said for Adams if he makes the move. He's not an out and out goalscorer.

Not sure, no solid links to moving, would be very last minute if he goes.

Was hoping we would keep him for competition for Manning. Not sure I'd want Larios or Meghoma to step in if needed. I know KWP can play left back, but that would leave Bree in on the right.
