My Intention was to post that stats like expected anything in football are meaningless. Either we as a club are putting too much faith in these stats or the so called statistics experts are shit at the job.

This is just complete and utter bollocks. The only thing that matters in football is getting the round thing in the net and stopping said round thing from getting into your net. For this, you need a good forward and a good keeper, both of which this club has lacked bar one season since SR took over. I don't need fucking stats to tell me that. Expected goals per game? Fuck off

Maybe so. But weren't the jobs different roles to what they were doing here with a lot less power/authority? Might be wrong on that though.

But surely Solak has the ultimate say in who goes where and what goes where? I get its not that simple, but if football people like Wilcox and Shields are jumping at the first opportunity then you have to question why. Someone at the club needs to have the balls to stand up to Rasmus, if indeed he is interfering and tell him the damage he is doing. For me, Solak is every bit as culpable in this mess as anyone.

Not sure he has the respect of the dressing room. It shouldn't matter too much, but I think because he's not played the game at any decent level has probably gone against him. Does he have the authority within the squad?

I fail to see how he has so much influence within the club. It just doesn't stack up. I understood that Solak put the most money into the club, surely he gets to make the final decisions. Spoors has a decent record and above all else is a football guy, surely he has to go to Solak and tell him that Ankerson, if he is involved in club decisions is fucking everything over.

He seems like a decent guy and no doubt he is trying his best, but it's really nor working out. Sheffield United had the balls to drop Selles early doors, we need to do the same. I'd go further and get rid of Llanana and all the coaching staff. If we get a new guy in let him pick his own coaching team. I get it might be cost prohibitive but it really needs to done.

He said something along the lines of if a suitable and capable replacement was put in front of him, would he choose to let Still go. He said he would.

But how has he allowed this situation to develop? Certain posters here would have you believe that he is some hard ass Serbian Godfather type figure. Seems to me he has been incredibly naive and trusting of the people placed in key positions within the club.

Solak for me. Ultimately he should have the power and authority to sort this shitshow out. He gets too much of an easy ride as he seems to be putting up the money. Yet on his watch we have got progressively worse, culminating in what we are seeing now.

Has to go after this. No excuse for this. It's been an utter shitshow
