I'd like to think we'd get a striker in permanently along side him. But that could cost upwards of £60m for both. I think we'll see many outgoings before the window shuts to help fund this spending spree. Walcott probably a loan until his contract runs out. Redmond also. Willing to listen to offers for Diallo, Ely, Stephens, Bednarek. Sounds like we're stalling Romeu's move to Girona. I think there's still going to be alot of activity!

If Bednarek leaves then I'd like to see us get a replacement who can push Salisu and ABK, keep them on their toes. A possible starter if one or the other loses form. Players like Lyanco, Valery and Stephens should only be used in the cup/last 5 minutes when holding onto a lead. People need to realise the window hasn't shut yet and some of the criticism of the clubs transfer window up until now is bizarre to say the least. This isn't a club being run under Gao ownership anymore. We have structure and most importantly money. I'm confident we'll bring in at least a striker and judging by Ralph's demeanour on Saturday he is too.

I believe the club see Mara as Longs replacement and the other striker we're targeting would be Brojas replacement. I.e we don't expect Mara have to many goal contributions, but anything more than 1 is an upgrade on Long. That's how I see it anyway.

Marseille fans say he was very good while on loan but had a poor season last season by his standards. Wasn't used effectively by their coach (wasn't given the freedom to get forward) but has a great right foot and can put dangerous crosses in. Sounds like a no brainer for cover for KWP while Livramento is out.

I personally like all three kits. They're different yes but you can't churn out the same shirts every season. I'm glad the club come away from stripes every other season as I think you're very restricted in the designs you can have that incorporate them. That being said I never buy shirts as I can't justify paying £55 for a football shirt.

I wouldn't say I was impressed either, he didn't do anything out of the ordinary. Also agree that he's not someone I would feel comfortable playing week in week out. He would be a good squad player to bring on with a change in formation or late in games. I'd like to see us ultimately upgrade on all of Valery, Lyanco and Stephens in the next couple of seasons.

Credit where its due, he's 100x better at RCB than RB. Not a world beater but a great squad player to come in if we're defending a lead late on. Made a couple of mistakes tonight but I liked how he won the ball back aggressively almost immediately. I prefer him over Lyanco who's too erratic for me, dives in far too often and he'll get found out if he's playing week in week out in the PL.

They're in the top division in Austria, but yeah it's only pre season and he's obviously got a knock or something or he'd be involved.

That'll be our record transfer if we pull that off! #exciting
