And the irony is, if we win he looses his job and RM keep his. 😂 I'm genuinely not sure who the winners are in that scenario.

This relegation business seems to be good for ticket sales. Looks like the next three homes are a sell out ... exchange open for those who may prefer to wash their hair.

Some say the £12m pay-off would mean we'd break FFP rules and risk point deduction. How come we can't sell a £12m player to offset this in January? KWP won't stay in the summer, so perhaps we could get £12m for him now (I know he's one of our better players and that's a risk, but changing manager would be better in my mind). Failing that, there's plenty of fringe players from our bloated squad that should raise £13m.

How are these games selling out given the performance of the team? Are they going to away fans and just football tourists? Leicester had loads of spare seats yesterday.

It's nearly midday, so announcement some 3hrs late. My guess is the PR team are emailing the text back and forth to get the possesion stats up, it'll end up back with the PR Manager who'll hit the 'publish' button by mistake instead of passing back to the team.

What about Ange? He's planning to be at St Mary's next Sunday anyway. That would be a larf.

You wonder why clubs agree such contracts in the first place without clauses like 'if points gained falls below 9 in any rolling 10 game window, the compensation halves'.

Most games in a season without a shot on target (2 so far this season)
-
What's the record number of games in a season without having a shot on target? We're up to 2 that i know of. ... just something to go for I guess.

The only thing I got out of this game was pneumonia.

Hopefully. We could have a new manager and some new players for a re-arranged fixture.

My son can no longer make it, so have one U18 ticket available. It's pitchside, block Q3, row B (I think its the first row). The ticket is clearly circled U18 I'm afraid so may be checked. Cost £25, make me an offer 🙂 I'll be there so would need to exchange at the ground. Happy to keep an eye on your son/daughter during the game if required.

Tonight was the first time in years I thought about not going (its a 70 minute drive each way), shouldn't have bothered. I don't mind going down fighting but this just feels like a death march with just no end in sight. If we are sticking with RM no matter what (I'd fire him BTW) then SR owe it to the fans to explain why and what the long term plan is, because none of us get it. There can't be any fans that buy into this 'we're getting better all the time and its a process nonsense'. If SR will accept relegation and keep RM in the championship next season, then explain that to us so that we know what the plan is I've aways for Villa and Fulham this month, but that's me done with Russball. I've only ever used the ticket exchange when I couldn't make a game, but if Spurs and West Ham open up I may oblige. As for Capt Jack, how much is he paid per week and then fucks up like he does ...FFS

What's french for 'just pass it around at the back'
-
And confidence remains that they will make the playoffs and get back into the National League.

Aside form the goals we gave away, how many times did we do this? ... its a miracle we weren't punished more. So many times ...everyone in the stadium could see it coming (bar one of course).
-
On the plus side, we scored 5 goals I suppose.
-
It's not all bad ... 71% possession.

Anyone have a feed please?

Talksport we're discussing Martin following this style of play to boost his own profile for his next upwards move, ala Kompany. I think the logic goes that If a top tier team has some top quality players and wants to become like Man C, then bring in Martin and he can do it for you as he known how to play that way. Not convinced personally, but would explain a lot though. Man C could be looking for a new Manager next summer ...

Ipswich were worthy of the point IMO. If we can't get the better of a fellow promited teams at home, you just know we we're in for a long hard season. Lack of a outright proven striker is the biggie for me. With one of those I could see us winning games here and there and getting enough draws to survive. As others said, subs didn't help. No idea what went through RMs mind. I'm sure Dibling and Fraser are capable of 90minutes FFS.

Seen enough of BBD these 4 games to say he's no good and needs to go. Thought Archer was poor (aside from the pen miss). Should give him more time. Feel privaleged to see Stewart on the pitch. League one to premiership in 3 seasons ... not sure how he'll shape up, I'm not confident. Guess Coronet gets a start next. So still lacking a consistent ruthless striker. As many have said, Dibling was impressive. Flynn bossed it, Ramsdale limited the damage and the rest were average to poor.

But it wasn't a mistake by AM really was it? I'm sure he was under orders not to hoof it and try a suicidal pass. The instinct for any goalie in today's situation would be to boot it, but no, in his ear is probably Martin's instructions .... pass it. I hear the argument about passing out from the back, but away from home, under pressure, near half time, just boot it !!!

Bazunu ball ... FFS

Good point!
