Completely outplayed but the ref has been absolutely atrocious tonight. Both goals from free kicks that weren't fouls and generally given every 50:50 to them. Not making excuses but doesn't help when you're against 12.
-
Ron's management this season has been Absolutely atrocious.
-
Don't really understand why fans who express their displeasure at Saints losing deserved to be ridiculed. Perhaps it is the frustration that the same things keep costing us points (I.e. Yoshida at right back causing us to concede and our inability to play in the second half in almost every game).
-
He is atrocious.
-
Every time he's on the pitch we concede from a mistake from him. Will Ron ever learn?
-
Just don't understand Koeman at all. Martina isn't deemed good enough for a single minute on the pitch so far this season and then all of a sudden he's starting against one of the most dangerous attacking teams in the league. Complete joke. No wonder we are so out of form, he changes the team every single week.
-
Do you honestly think that a successful business woman makes investment decisions off the back of what gets said on an Internet forum? Hilarious.
-
If Ron actually believes that then we have much bigger problems than I thought. Very worrying indeed.
-
I thought it was pretty awful to be honest. Palace didn't need to get out of second gear. We look a disinterested, tired team who are lucky they've already got 20 points. £40 to watch that live, what a joke.
-
This Cedric thing is just bizarre. Plays really well for a couple of games and then is dropped for Yoshida who is just awful at right back. Really don't understand what Ron sees in him. Did he not watch the back pass against United? We will lose this. I thought we would before the line up and now I'm convinced.
-
Utterly ridiculous we are in this position year after year. GK cover is absolutely awful.
-
Unsurprising that this came from the Daily Mail. They really don't like us do they? Is the sports editor a Pompey fan?
-
I read until "more often ineffective than effective" and then stopped because I realised the whole post would be absolute rubbish. Made even worse that it's an assessment given by someone who, by their own admission, doesn't watch all our games! As others have said, he's been our best player this season so far.
-
I suppose you missed the blatant handball in the build up?

Poor from VVD but rubbish officiating. Not going to get anything out of Clattent*at. Rooney may as well be reffing the game himself the amount of "advice" he's giving.
-
That is as bad, if not worse, than Ramsey/Eduardo. Get well soon Luke.
-
Last season I was confident Ron was picking the best team available each game, this season I'm not sure at all. Some of his team selections and substitutions have been completely baffling.
-
Unbelievable that Juanmi can't get on. This is just awful. Either it finishes 0-0 or we'll lose 0-1. No way we are scoring here. We could play all day and we wouldn't get close.
-
Stonewall pen.
-
Agree. His crossing is an absolute joke, no pace and more often than not into the stands. To blame Pelle makes it even more laughable.
-
Was at the game and now watching it back on Sky+. Sky cannot get enough of these Wanyama and Mane stories. Almost as if they are willing them both to leave. Quite how they can operate a betting company and then spend all of their time peddling these transfer rumours is absolutely beyond me. Absolutely ridiculous that they spend so long talking about it.

Best game I've seen from him today. Moved the ball quickly and decisively. As others have said he did have a lot of space to do his thing but encouraging performance. Something to build on.

Sky Sports Sunday Suplement 'Saints would sell Pelle if they could'
James replied to Bensfcno1's topic in The Saints
What a load of nonsense. Rodriguez through the middle would be nowhere near as good as pelle had been this season. pelle has been one of our best players so far this season and did well again today. Seriously, what on earth do people expect? As others have said, thank god we've got koeman making decisions and not some of our fans.
