May as well say 8pm. If Saints are in meeting then they already know so cant they put some clue or hint on web
-
The Times say Southampton will know the verdict of hearing on Wednesday
-
Remind me who are the people at the hearing?
-
They all must know how they will vote and by what evidence. Taking far too long.
-
On Teeside newspaper site Saints The clubhave confirmed their Wembley allocation has been increased to 37,604. They are likely to sell out today.
-
I hope so. Are these KCs on panel with sports experience?
-
Saints can't and are not saying anything so its just how much time and what can the Saints lawyer challenge in the panel meeting.
-
I think we will get removed from final only because its got to epic proportions with Middlesbrough having too much influence over EFL and the panel will not be impartial due to all the incorrect facts, assumptions on Saints being such an organised spying outfit during season and applying football tactics to suit each team. Boro have too much power plus with other teams they influence like the clubs thet have named as been spied on. The papers, media, pundits and Sky have had lots of time to present the case on behalf of Boro and anyone else that Saints shouldn't be in final. There is no counter news reports or anything from Saints. Its all very quiet on our side. The 3 people on panel will be influenced by what the see and hear and its very unlikely they will just look at what extent the affect of spying was on Saints season or the 2 leg semi final. The 2nd leg went ahead and Boro should have refused to play but they went ahead with it and that's now caused the who should be in final.

Maybe we have a spy outside the EFL office in Preston. It does make you think do the lawyers already no.
-
Does Saints know the outcome? Looks a faily confidant post. Boro will be complaining...
-
Blimy, clubs will definitely vote yes to this. Will be good for Man City. We can offer Boro £32,000 for planting shrubs and trees around thier training ground.
-
It will be interesting to see how EFL or PL after the decision will deal with any outside impacts on game results. Incorrect VAR decisions, ineligible players playing in Cup wing games or European qualifiers, over spending etc. If we get something over the top then that's going to set the media frenzy again.
-
Its a very strange statement not to set a date and just have this open ended announcement.
-
Will we get the verdict tomorrow by 4.30pm?
-
I don't belive any training goes on at Boro training ground. Perhaps the footage evidence will show players missing the goal and falling over.
-
That's good. We can make that then
-
Just need PL to agree. That provides the option to give us a points deduction to almost guarantee relegation and fail to win v Hull then its a win win for Boro as makes it difficult for us to get top 6. I don't think Saints will appeal or take action as we dont have a rich backer.
-
That surprises me but good for us.
-
7 points and £8m , Tonda season ban and possibly ather staff. as all England clubs want us out of final. Its still a possibility to remove Saints from final and not rearrange final so no issues with broadcaster TV just cancel final. I think Boro would be very happy and suggested that as the just want Saints not promoted. There doesn't need to be any proof of advantage gained as Saints have broken the rule. Don't think most fans cared about Derby and Leeds but Boro have campaigned anx got club's on board and now EFL have to please all club's not just Boro. Its a strange decision to allow ticket sales then hint game and club's may change. Plus why are they leaving decision till Tuesday. EFL will go as far as they can on pojnts and fines or Wembley exit as there is too much noise from sky pundits club's fans and its overrun EFL.
-
Im going, if the game is on then you miss out on a possible Saints win over Hull and two fingers to Boro.
-
If we gained a direct advantage from spy video footage then the footage must show teams practising missing the goal, not using possesion (we give teams 45 mins most games) and perhaps no defending very easy slow crosses. Saints players are so advanced, skillfully and can retain video footage the know exactly when to score, when opposition will miss. How on earth does a team miss so many chances and waste 45 mins? Do they actually practice this? Boro should be asking Saints to assist in thier traing if anything as they can analyse their own footage
