He's must be be of those managers who don't watch opposition games on video or the tv screen is broken.

Agree on paper its a win. But our style of play is too ridged, robotic and predictable. Its time for more creative play. Its double pressure on the players as its a six pointer plus a must win game (unless we play for a draw)

Can't our coaches at each game in dug out just make notes on opposition players and complied a list of who we could buy in transfer windows. They all look decent enough players to me. No need for consultants or even PS5, XBox data. Its not difficult. Or I can do it from Northam end.

The slow pace and approach is not helping fans to get interested in the game. I watch Eastleigh and Winchester city and the pace of the game is faster and more intense, certainly for longer periods of the game. If I rate entertainment value for Saints its 2/10 Winchester city 8/10. To me Saints are are just so boring to watch. I think if we were in leaque 1 would games be more exciting, would we play better football and score more goals, spend more time in opponents box? It's really terrible football.

2/10. 2 players will be off next season as won't develop at Saints, too many Fernandes situations where anyone any good will want to leave or clubs with money will pay what we want and cant turn down £20m plus. The window confirms my suspicion that players are brought on stats and data basis. No one goes to grounds anymore and watches how a player plays in a real game situation.

Too many new players brought in too late which has rules out top 2 finish. Top 2 finish was expectations for the club and fans who now realise its anything from midtable, to we are i bottom 6 survival to it could all fall in place in May for 6th. The football on the pitch is not anything near expectations and the price we paid for players will have fans comparing value spent vs points gained. We are the Man City of championships this actually helps other teams to motivate to win v the most expensive team. A lot of fans just want to be entertained, watch football and that not there on the pitch. Some want points. The 10 mins block of decent football doesn't help as most of game is possession sideways and that reminds fans of other managers tactics so that's not helping. Too many subs, no starting 11 and what has actually happened on pitch us Saints have been out played all season so far except Boro and Swansea. It all contributes to a massive reality check. Fans need to accept and expect a draw at best each week until Saints can play for 90 mins. Or just hope for a Wrexham 5 mins 2 goals or 3 goal smash and grab. Its going to take time is saying the next 2 months is likely to be the same football with trail and error so that's half season gone. The cost of season tickets is high and the club's love of profit with not 10% off shirts just helps the narrative the fans are there to make money from and looks like profit first football 2nd.

Russell Martin is the real deal, we have had too many fake possession managers. We could have no manager and just let fans pick team and tactics similar to EA25.

Our sub have been rubbish, players should have at least 45 min and only 3 subs. If the team are that bad you have to do 5 subs a match we are in wrong half of pyramid. I think he only touched the ball 3 times, or was I totally bored and fell a sleep.

Unfortunately most managers are data driven virtual managers. I'm fed up with with these tactical managers that don't look at what's going on during the 99 mins and can adjust, or learn from last game. All the teams bar maybe Sheffield Wednesday are much better at playing football than Saints. May have just kept Russell Martin who to me would be much better. Same tactics but scored more goal, got more wins and play off place. The managers after him were 200% worse.

Same here, the football is boring negative stupid PowerPoint stuff. If we got all the players for £4m tops then the players don't need to question themselves as that's what fans would expect for a leaque 1 outfit. Apart from one player we have paid for gold and got plastic.
