For context, Sheffield United conceded 104 goals in their recent relegation season and still didn’t manage as many defensive errors. Says everything about how self-inflicted so many of our goals were. 3) Fewest attempts on goal and touches in the opposition half. So, with all that possession, what exactly did we achieve?

I’ve been quite surprised by how many Rangers and Leicester fans picked up on RM’s stubborn brand of suicideball last season. We’re hardly a top-six club with wall-to-wall media coverage, which just goes to show how much of a laughing stock we really became.

If Baz hadn’t got injured, I genuinely believe we wouldn’t have been promoted. The man made every shot on target feel like a penalty. Can't believe I actually turned up for this shite. What other fanbase would stomach the relentless embarrassment we’ve been handed season after season? I still can’t get over how dominant City were - right up until Pep said they’d learn from RM. They started the season looking as unstoppable as ever, then hit rock bottom and haven’t been the same since that draw against us.
