Believe they are planning to open up ref comms when it comes to explaining decisions, a bit like in some of the US sports where you can voice a decision to the fans/broadcast from a live mic on the sideline monitor.

Has left for family reasons. Was commuting from Hackney apparently, as didn’t relocate https://x.com/alfiehouseecho/status/1798452145483546919?s=46&t=f0hgNyKSvvOD5qjGLJhsXQ

Yeah, definitely. I started this past season in Block 36 and then requested a move across to Block 35 a few games into the season. There's like a £10 admin charge or something but they will do it.

Already signed for Stoke - and we should probably be aiming higher.
-
Seem to be able to renew my season ticket (not affected by stadium reconfiguration) now, even though the website guide says I can't until Thursday. Odd.
-
Think he wants/wanted to play abroad before calling it a day, and had at least one offer in Serie A last summer. Was one of the players who was reported as being talked into giving it another year to try and get the club back out of the Championship. Respect, Stu - hope he has a good Euros and gets the move he wants next
-
Encouraging that he mentioned it while reporting that they are in talks to sign a defensive midfielder from Girona too.
-
He's on c. £100k a week and spends a lot of time injured... including this season while at Real Sociedad on loan I realise an injury has never stopped us before

No no no.

I seem like I must be in the minority here but really not bothered about Perraud. Decent going forward and ran around a lot but has a lot of the same deficiencies as Manning, for me. Got positionally exposed a hell of a lot and thought his passing was sloppy. He also couldn't be arsed to stay and wanted out last summer - although he did see the manager sign a LB from his former club, so the writing was on the wall. But no thanks.

It's a nice idea but Saints are contracted with Hummel until the end of June, with the Puma deal starting on July 1. Don't expect we can/will see anything before then for legal reasons.
-
Figured we may as well get this rolling now we know all the teams and people are starting to make moves...
-
Won't argue with you on that one
-
Because 15% is the average across all bands and zones?
-
£250 last season? That's less than £11 a game. Surely not
-
Different club, different kit maker... but here's what our fellow red-and-white stripers Stoke have got for the new season
-
To be fair, I've also only had to do it once, which was actually this season because the berk in front turned the turnstile a second time when I was scanning my ticket.
-
Ah yeah, makes sense. I did think it would likely be a security angle. Hadn't considered touting actually.
-
I would respectfully suggest (and may be wrong) that the number of people who can't use a digital ticket will be smaller than the number of people who don't have a printer at home nowadays. Equally, yeah I don't see a reason why you shouldn't be able to print it out at your own effort and expense at home, if preferred. Maybe someone can explain why!
