  1. Yes, I do believe that line appears in a Brel song. Well, it did after I translated it.
  2. If I might quote Jacques Brel
  3. Which awakened his schlong
  4. On the limerick theme, here's a favourite of mine: There was a young man from Dundee, Who was stung on the nose by a wasp. When asked "Does it hurt?" He replied "Not a bit! It can do it again if it likes."
  5. Who idolised Milli Vanilli
  6. And with another nod to Monty Python... No chance to watch the OP's stuff yet - bloody work getting in the way again.
  7. Stiffy in staffy shock!
  8. I was planning on opening a fruit and veg stall at my local market, but I realised I'd left my barrow in Furness.
  9. I didn't like either of those places - I've decided to Settle in Lancashire.
  10. Have you been to Savannah, Georgia?
  11. Is a blackberry tart? Tart enough to make an apple crumble.
  12. Cockermouth. My dog has one. Flapjack? No, I'm perfectly calm.
  13. Winchmore Hill! You can call me Jimmy, but I've done quite enough winching for one day.
  14. Bloody hell - who wouldn't! You can rotate the crane too! Brilliant.
  15. Yes, that's a valid point - and all the more so given that BBC3's target audience is up to 34. I guess the younger you are, the more likely you are to watch online.
  16. The Mighty Boosh started life on BBC3 I think, as did numerous other comedy shows which ended up going more mainstream. There's also a shed load of bilge on there, but that goes for pretty much any TV channel as far as I can see. I love Family Guy, but then that's an import which could be shown on any BBC channel. Actually, now I think of it I'm not sure if the Mighty Boosh was ever on any other channel.
  17. Can't get the final (for now) word cloud. I did wonder if it was some earlier Dune/Stanley/whatever incarnation, but maybe not. Seemed a bit keen on Jill. Bletch, you're a braver man then me; I'd have gone a long way not to have to eat Tokyo. Glad to hear it tastes good though.
  18. High Barnet, as modeled here by Steel Pulse's David Hinds
  19. Peckham? I prefer to eat with a knife and fork, thanks.
  20. Parson's Green - shouldn't have eaten that kebab.
  21. Wood Green? No, Norwood I.
  22. Sounds like an awfully long time to get to Germany to me. You could walk it in less time than that. Are you sure you made the right travel arrangements?
  23. Barking. It is, I've been there.
