Sticking to the adidas thing, they really need to do something about the durability of the sponsor logos, my black shirt is ruined by the aap3 logo not being able to withstand a few washes. (Before anyone asks, on 40 C synthetic setting.)

Well, Katharina did use the word tradition so we live in hope!

New hand at the tiller, new rules I would say. 'Long term' contracts have a habit of working themselves out, better that then severance fees.

While Markus evidently had a very kind heart he had also split away from his remarkable family and become a billionaire in his own right. He wouldn't have been afraid to make difficult decisions. For him and Cortese to strike up such a close relationship they would have needed a fair amount in common.

Good start, just keep the entries at a reasonable distance apart and you'll get the ideas you need.

The new cars are going to be ugly b*stards. Scarbs is usually spot on with his sketches. And don't get me started on the double points thing. The sport is becoming a joke, a shadow of the spectacle that captivated me when younger.

Should we rename St Mary's to The Liebherr Arena?

One step at a time chap!! -
You didn't answer my question about the ps4's media capability Pap. Aside from the gaming experience what does it have? Surely if it offered tv functionality similar to the Xbox One it could also suffer from the frequency issues as it was also made around NTSC standards, no? (Thanks to Nolan for offering first hand experience...) Also, the game which is mainly used to directly compare the two consoles (COD Ghosts) suffered frame rate issues on the ps4 didn't it? In summary, neither machine is perfect. Choosing either could represent a compromise depending on your personal requirements, at least right now.

My posts are about my requirements as it is my money I'll be spending. So of course I want to make sure that whatever I buy will be best for me. As for the 50/60hz thing its a good question, not one I'm qualified to answer though as I didn't design the thing. You provide a counterpoint based on your impressions. Great. Nothing you have said has convinced me I would have a better time of it with a PS4, it's trump card is power. ... it didn't blow me away over and above the xbox One. What media integration is there in the PS4's armoury? What can it do in that respect above the Xbox One?

Zoopla end Sponsorship of WBA over Anelka gesture
Colinjb replied to KelvinsRightGlove's topic in General Sports
Could there be a 'gross misconduct' clause in the contract that could be invoked? Allow something that would Zoopla to get out earlier. -
As someone who hasn't yet made a decision over which console to buy I would say that's a shame but hopefully it's something that they will get right soon, after all iPlayer and SkyGo support isn't available out of the box either but I do have my existing 360's for these purposes in the mean time. It would be interesting to see if there has been any update seeing as that article was written in November. It's still astonishing that you continue to ignore just how blinkered you are! Let me say this again, very explicitly: Just because it is right for you doesn't mean it is right for me. You want something that's the most powerful system to play games on. I want something more versatile then simply a games machine and I have my doubts whether the PS4 would be able to deliver that or compensate for it should the media features I desire not come around. Please respect our rights to want different things, being a pr*ck about me not having the same priorities isn't going to change that. There is only one person who looks foolish here but he seems to be so utterly full of himself that he cannot see it.

making love to a beautiful woman. At first you love the glamour, the style, the attention. Then however you end up broke, humiliated and on the scrap heap as they leave for a more glamorous surrounding.

Don't base opinion on Saintsweb or any other online forum.

You once again have missed the point entirely, regardless of performance I tried them, enjoyed them both equally and now need to weigh up a decision based on other matters of which performance isn't primary. I also havn't said you offered nothing, you are however driven to recommend the PS4 ahead of the fact it is not offering features that I would ideally want from a new console.... you keep ignoring that and are being a little cheeky to me on the basis that I am not agreeing with you (Muggle for instance... yes i've given back too, only fair ) The bare 'facts' are just majority opinion based on the gaming market, it is an overall impression of said gamer's subjective judgement (It's worth noting that many DO prefer the Xbox One, a lower percentage doesn't mean a small number of people, millions of people have bought these things!) I do not fit into that market though, I am not a hardcore gamer. Taking the crude car comparison you made earlier, no point buying a performance driven sports car (PS4?) when a hot-hatch (Xbox One?) is seemingly better for what I want to do with it! As for the McLaren F1/Passat thing you used to try and make me look like an idiot, I actually have a Passat company car, it's f**king brilliant! If I had a McLaren F1 I would be broken.... firstly fiscally and secondly with a shattered spine! It wouldn't be fit for purpose you cheeky f**k.

Last word my arse. You are proving my point, you just want to be right rather then helpful. The PS4 may not meet my needs, you don't care and want me to agree with you regardless. You are the one who's perception is off, not mine.
-
I'll leave you the last word should you desire it, you are the kind of person who debates to win, not to gauge opinion and perspective and genuinely gain insight, it's to bring people on-side.... poor show Pap, I expected better. Regardless of intent you have adopted the persona of a hopeless fanboy, you are letting your self confessed disappointment bias your opinion and make you deaf to the fact that your need isn't the same as others. I'll leave this thread to itself and make up my own mind. Just remember, if I do eventually get a PS4 it's in spite of you, not due to your 'help.' Have a nice day.

You utter plum, so because something you prefer doesn't meet my requirements i'm a muggle!? You're worse then Turkish!

I want to play Mass Effect 4 and have the entertainment capability of my Xbox 360 (Sky Go, iPlayer, Youtube etc.) I'm not a hardcore gamer, I don't have the time for it. The only thing I can see missing out on with the One is online gaming with my friends if they all go for PS4's, I don't know if that's something I'm willing to compromise for yet. And please be a good boy and don't project your disappointment with MS onto those who couldn't care less and are weighing the machines up on their own merit for their own needs.

Stability, that's all I want..... I hope these words can be taken on face value.
