I fully appreciate the differences between the two organisations but for now, I'ld rather be elated for the staff there who have carried over from the old Minardi days for whom this will mean so - so much!

Minardi HAS finally won a Grand Prix (In spirit.) A small team, with employees who remember the old desolate times, and a true rising star at the wheel have prevailed. This is why I love F1. Dreams came true today and the beaurocracy was immaterial.

Leading up to that cup final was one of the best times to be a Saints fan. I wore my yellow shirt with such pride and had all non Arsenal fans wishing us to win whenever they saw me around Coventry! Everyone adopted us as a second team, and respected that even though we did lose, we obviously gave our all. The arrogance of the Arsenal fans was the only sour point. I pity them though, like all fans of bigger teams, they do not know how special cup finals really are. They will never know what true elation in this context is. Southampton 'til I die.

Well Lewis was on the wrong tyres, and they didn't change them. You must be stuck on one compound/tyre type for a qualifying segment.

It is a lot better then it used to be. You should still avoid Hillfields, Canley and Wyken but everywhere else is alright. Particularly parts of Earlsdon and Eastern Green.

Birmingham, Portsmouth, Croydon, Sunderland, Middlesbrough, Toxteth, Wolverhampton, Oldbury, Thanet, and Reading are worse. To name a few. Don't get me wrong. Coventry isn't great. But it's hardly the worst place in the world.

I don't understand why it is so vilified. There are far, far worse places then Cov in the UK.

Before I ruined my back two weeks ago I was rowing for 30 minutes every night (every week night that is) and doing some weights along with it. I occasionally play some light football. But that's my lot.
