no prob with starting earlier but we will still struggle for numbers, mainly down to the weather!

we have in the past carried on through (played last december 3 v 3, p!ssing down with rain, great fun ;-) even played in the dark until the lights come on at 5:45 ish. We could pay on the day no problem but we will struggle to get 10 people to play, usual excuse is that its too cold!!

4-5-1 snt the half of it to be fair, its not that rigid and it served us well against southend and gillingham to name but two. its nice that we have different options.

its a laptop, so wider than the usual monitor. the res is fine and works with everything else.

ok, first observations are.. i would like to think of our finances to be better than "ok" and only £1.5 million for transfers?

still havent sorted out the "windowed" issue. When i play in windowed mode on both 2009 and 2010 the bottom goes off the screen and you cant get to it. why dont they make it so that you can manually resize it?

the term "get out more" springs to mind

yes i downloaded the pc version of the lesser one (strawberry i think its called) downloaded ok but when i try to open it, it comes up with the choose program to open with dialog box.

why is it when i download this it wont open???

im not condoning either of them but i do believe we only got involved because it would have effected us one way or another. They went after sadam the 1st time and failed, im sure there were those in the corridors of power (both here and the US) that were chumping at the bit to have another go.

errrr no! different how? And this time round, initially had the backing of multi major nations until the point where people moaned and they changed their views, The only reasons we were there the 1st time and this time is sadam and oil. With sadam they went back to finish off the job they messed up the 1st time round.

they are all as bad as each other. they all rob us blind and tax us to the hilt, then, with the country in its worst recession, the bankers give themselves huge bonuses and the mp's moan about having to pay back their illegal expenses claims, meanwhile many hardworking people struggle to pay their morgages. Something is very wrong with the powers that be in this country.

thanks for the advice everyone. I went to a shop on London road, just down from richer sounds (cant remember the name of it) but they had some very good kit in there albeit expensive, was going to try richer sounds but they werent open. Definately going to go down the seperates route starting with the amp and 2 side speakers, then can add to it gradually. I like the fact that you just have the one hdmi cable going to the tv with the rest going through the amp.

helpful bugger arent you dont you think i havent done that already? I asked on here for advice from those that may have something already
