umm no he wasnt! Yes he does get caught alot but i saw at least 2 occasions last night when he bent his run in behind the defence and the lino was nowhere near, the defenders didnt appeal it and yet the flag went up. He had a perfectly good goal disallowed a few games back for off side but wasnt.

4-5-1 will work against some teams and not others, just like 4-4-2 will. One of the main things i like about the 4-5-1 (which is not just plain 4-5-1 either, its very interchangeable) is that AL plays so much better and its flexible giving us the more attacking 4-4-2 option if needed

Brighton were always going to give this 110% due to the new manager coming in, we looked tired all too often and didnt do enough with the possesiion we had. I lost count of how many time LJ crossed the ball to no-one and how many time Antonio tried to fool the LB with the same move. We were way to predictable. I heard Lambert was ill today and to be fair he played like it but then again it doesnt help when the ball i hoofed up to him everytime. Defence was too slow in 1st half, MS too lazy and mis-placed too many passes. We didnt test their keeper anywhere near enough, id be interested to see how many shot we had on target, bet it wasnt many. That said, its one game and maybe the kick up the arse we all needed. Im all for this being put back on free to air, should never have moved in the first place imo. In 2005 cricket was everywhere, as a nation we were hooked, even those that had only tentatively watched it in the past tuned in. Yes granted that was partly down to the fact that England were putting up a fight against an awesome Aussie side but i wonder if it would have been so wide spread if it had just been on sky. As for which channel would get it, I heard (or read) somewhere that sky were considering to air it for free and what with the digital switch over all but done there should be no problem there.

i think we should go for it, nothing wrong with buying 1 or 2 good players, especially in areas where if an injury to current player would damage us. Centre midfield worries me if Morgan or Hammond gets injured, same for LB. Im guessing we may see 1 or 2 signings and maybe another loan.

hope this doesnt happen. The prem is already widely regarded as the best league, why go changing it? If Rangers and Celtic joined, what would happen to scottish football. Smaller clubs in the scots prem rely on the revenue from celtic and rangers games.
