Im liking it, but Im a bit "disturbed" by how much they can sound like the old AiC. I know Cantrell's harmonies have a lot to do with the vocal sounds, but DuVall is almost too close to Staley for me - if that makes sense. The guitar work is excellent through out though, a real return to form there. Oh, and Im not sure about the "light" bass drum sound the producer has given them.

Haven't heard the Megadeth one and Ive only given Backspacer a couple of spins as Ive been busy and in a kinda Wildhearts mood recently.
