  1. Love this related video: http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=CW1myB_CBWQ&feature=related
  2. But this is the same company that said the IQ of the 400D would be better than the 350, even with the extra pixels. And the same company that market their entry level DSLR, the 1000D at a higher price then the next step up DSLR , the 450D... But, you are right, we will see. Probably just jealousy on my part. :smt082
  3. Wha....? Thats just stupid! Im sure the 50D is going to be an APS-C CMOS sensor size, so that is, frankly, going to be ridiculous! The algorithms to smooth the image with that level of noise will render the image useless to anyone but average snappers... stupid Canon.
  4. John Grisham - The Broker. For no other reason than it was sitting on my shelf unread.
  5. Crap, Im on hols. ****oity ****.
  6. Steve is spot on with the Fuji there... Im guessing the ISO has a super setting, like say 3200, meaning you dont always need a flash to obtain sufficiently fast shutter speeds in low light to avoid motion blur. If you do use the flash, the camera will, probably, utilise a lower ISO setting (around 200 or 400) and you will get less "grain" and noise in the photo.
  7. Everton, Boro or Bolton would be my gueeses.
  8. Now that was better! Never even heard of this guy before, but this was a great read. Simple and quick, decent plot (if a little hammy at times, but hey, this is a crime thriller, it aint going to be Shakespeare is it?) and well written.
  9. Followed by DJ BC Presents The Beastles.
  10. Dammit, Im starting to like this PES more than some of the Saints fans on 'ere....
  11. Today starts off with EPMD - Strictly Business.
  12. Another nail in the coffin for the "Premiership". Can see it being cut down to 18 teams in a few years and becoming a closed shop when 4 or more get large takeovers. Thank **** for the CC I say.
  13. Now for something completely different. A more mellow mood this afternoon brings on Guru's Jazzmatazz, Vol 1.
  14. Why on earth is this pile of rancid crap in Golden Posts?
  15. Around this date.
  16. Nigh Key Addy Dass Lid uhl HTH.
  17. Time for a personal love of mine, The Wildhearts with The Wildhearts Must Be Destroyed. Not their strongest, but good all the same.
  18. The day takes a turn for the indie with Is This It? by The Strokes being up next. Bit of a change from the Sisters, but whatever...
  19. This afternoon is being lead in by A Slight Case of Overbombing, a greatest hits compilation from The Sisters Of Mercy. Well, it is overcast and raining up here, so I have an excuse.
  20. And the first part of the day is to be rounded off with From Here To Infirmary by Alkaline Trio.
  21. OK then, to move us up to lunch we are now listening to the classic New Day Rising by the oft overlooked Husker Du.
  22. Hey ho, no-one posting bar me. OK, now its getting near the middle of the work morning, Ive cracked out Broken Boy Soldiers from The Raconteurs, excellent choice by myself...
  23. Now the coffee has kicked in, Ive opted to follow that with Sabotage by Black Sabbath.
  24. This morning I am starting off with a wake up from Metallica with Ride The Lightning.
  25. Well, surprisingly it wasnt a bad book at all. I could easily read over the terrible metaphor and simile in the end as, apparently, each one required its own paragraph. Plot was OK, but wishy washy at the end but the chase part of the book (the main bulk) gripped you well enough for this kind of thing. Oddly, I would recommend it to others if they needed to kill 4 hours or so! Now reading: Stephen Leather - Cold Kill
