They've probably changed the rules so that there isn't any xG when the ball goes to Archer
-
I would keep him sharp by bringing him on as a substitute. We are clearly better with a taller striker upfront which is why we've just bought one.
-
I agree. I thought Watford looked a lot fitter and sharper and this was their 2nd away match in a week.

Agree with all of this, apart from the Azaz comment. I thought he was the only creative influence we had today. One defence splitting pass was brilliant, just not capitalised on. Personally, I would have dug out Fellows before Azaz. Fellows is becoming very frustrating, he turns inside every time and then runs about 20 yards with his head down but only takes us about 6 inches forward. Maybe it's his head down style of running but his final ball is really poor and his shooting reminds me of the Chris Waddle World Cup penalty.

He should have been given a few assists for opposition goals his defending was that negligent

You'd rate Manning on penalties over Scienza? 😲
-
I think it should be Scienza as he strikes the ball better than any other.
-
it's not as if he ever looked motivated before this window.

That's the spirit

That's never put us off

It's a shame he won't be allowed to play against us

It does have that feel

Oh, so that's all good then. They have a brilliant record in scouting goalscorers.
-
Yeah, as long as the XG is excellent who cares about, you know, scoring.
-
That side will storm League 2
-
It isn’t a lot if his goals get them over the line for promotion.
-
I don't think it's an exaggeration to say that he should have at least another 4 or 5 goals this season.
-
My biggest gripe is that the scouting has not addressed the most important failings in the team.i.e. A centre forward, a strong defence minded midfielder and a centre back with good defensive aerial ability. You could also add Goalkeeper to this list, although Ramsdale was good and hopefully Peretz will prove to be good. Too often, the new recruits either don't address the key areas, are too young (Quarshie, Downes) or just not good enough (Downes, Onuachu).

If we're not going to be excited then what's the point. We're already overloaded with players that don't excite me

Honesty isn't something they are programmed for
