What on earth was Smallbone doing when Brighton had that good chance with about 15 minutes to go? He was either asleep or knackered and was lucky that the chance was missed. Hope he learns something from that.
Saints seem to be incapable of applying periods of pressure at home. Any chances are snatched at and most visiting 'keepers have a pretty comfortable 90 minutes when dropping in at St Mary's. It's been the same tor 2 or 3 years now. Something needs to change in the mindset because we can't rely on decent away form.
