Given all the stoppages there should be 6 or 7 minutes added on. Not that it'll help though.

It's been the same for while now. Saints just run out of ideas in the attacking third.

I'm starting to wonder how long it'll take to reach 40 points. As an attacking force Saints are as blunt as a very blunt thing.

Easy goal for Villa. Move into space, receive the ball, cross it quickly and hey presto. Saints need to find a cutting edge in attack quickly. The slow build up isn't working.

Saints have a pretty good midfield though. The rest is average at best.

If Saints had any sort of attacking ideas then they could have given Arsenal a problem or two. But we're toothless and predictable so we didn't.
