  1. Ross Stewart to come on and get injured late on then.
  2. It'd also be good to grab a win and get over the 12 point barrier. Either way there'll be a feeling of satisfaction at the end of the day. 😇
  3. It'll almost be a relief to get it done tomorrow.
  4. I suppose it would be preferable to be relegated at home. VAR trying to deny Ipswich a goal is par for the EPL course.
  5. The optimist in me suspects there's still a win to be had somewhere in the remaining games even if it's during the party/wake atmosphere against Arsenal right at the end. The realist in me worries that the team has acquired a losing mentality that'll linger well into next season. Learning how to win games again might not be easy after this season's farce.
  6. Did I hear that right? Man City have been in an FA Cup semi final in each of the last 7 years? 😵 On this occasion I'm hoping for a Bournemouth win.
  7. Oh dear. Same old story then. Glad I missed it.
  8. I'm currently in Kyoto, Japan and it's bed time. No way am I going to stay up for this.
  9. The one that had us on the way towards relegation with a regimental system that had been found out?
  10. Which manager should we have had faith in?
  11. Rubbish free kick.
  12. Why on earth it took so long for that penalty to be awarded is beyond me. Blatant.
  13. That penalty doesn't get given to the away team in front of the kop.
  14. Falling apart again.
  15. Why did Smallbone give it to Les?
  16. A reasonably good half from Saints. It'd make for a satisfying day if they could string two of them together in one game.
  17. Better from Dibbers. Needed support.
  18. Saints defence looks like it could be breached at any time.
  19. Lots of defending will be required but I'd like to see one or even two pacey types left up front when dealing with corners/free kicks. Not sure why this seems to have gone out of fashion in recent years.
  20. Brereton Diaz scores again then. Championship would appear to be his level.
  21. I should have said "shown the door long before now".
  22. Well it does mean we have a day off from the misery today so there is that. Rather strangely I find myself missing the discussion of another abject defeat.
  23. Just seen Nathan Jones in the telly getting some praise. Picking someone from the lower leagues has not worked all that well for Saints. Rohl would be another shot in the dark from a management team that ought to have been shown the door by now.
