I thought Pardew got it wrong after we scored the second anyway. We were playing far too deep and not closing down. At one point THEIR keeper had the ball and every single one of our players was in our own half - this then led to their goal. However, I still think he's a fantastic manager. He was just trying something different as we haven't had to shut up shop against a good team so far this season.

We are aiming to finish as high as possible Delldays. I will not be upset if we don't finish in the top half this table. I think every single one of us, without fail, will be EXPECTING automatic promotion next season though.

I know what you're saying, the point I was making is that (with the club in the financial state it is right now) we would be better served concentrating on the League rather than the FA cup.

Agreed, I still think we should go for the Paint Trophy but the FA cup is very unimportant to us this season. As soon as we get a big team we will most likely go out, and we don't exactly need the money.

We're paying a lot more money for a much worse service. Try watching some of the highlights as well and the sound is out of sync, the camaras are all fuzzy etc. It's terrible. Maybe SaintsWeb should do another whip round and do their own service

19C, by getting rid of Pernecky and Forecast we would have a grand total of 2 keepers. Then after that is 15 year old Jack Dovey in the youth team. Keep Pernecky, IMO.
