How did we mange to pay these players who would have been paid top whack where we got them from especially Keegan who still played for England when at saints.I expect their pay in those day was equivalent to the figures you quote (inflation!)

We used to buy players who had peaked and played well. Osgood, Charlie George, Watson (what a good buy!) Keegan to mention a few plus Case. I could go on and on .Oh and Ted Macdougal

At least he rarely gets injured . He played a blinder when we played MAN U in the league cup final during Puel's reign, Didn't get in the English squad that year?

The lock down had a silver lining - all saints games on TV since restart I fully agree with this sentiment all the way from my being exile in Scotland since I moved up here for family reasons. He is a real gem and heads well for a small chap

If Ings J Prowse and Redmond can play in all games since restart why not the rest of the regular side. Best to have got 3 points int he bag yesterday and rested players for Bounmemouth.. I guess Manager thought Brighton were a soft touch. Everyone praise Vestergarde a few games ago

PEH is deluded if he thinks he is champions league material. Even more deluded if he thinks he will play in the CL with Everton who have are no better than Saints .Same goes for Spurs KWP is a revelation

RALPH has hinted that changes will be mede today in the line up - see saints website. I wish game was earlier and not having to wait until 8:15pm

I was so bored with the Chelsea and Norwich game I got very depressed for some reason and switched it off

Amazing MC won 5- 0 last night and the game before they played us. Makes our win against them even more remarkable.

I am surprised no one has commented on the strip we played in against MC Sunday. I thought it was great - what was it- the fourth kit and why not used before
