Can't do this 'multi' quote thingy, however. It is yet again my understanding, that the figures submitted to the courts (Vantis S of A), are the debts that are now a legal undertaking. All these so called 'other' debts, are over and above those that were put before Judge Judy at the winding up hearing. Again, my understanding is that all further debts are liable to the Administrator. If I'm wrong on this summerisation, can someone please correct me!

Again, it is my understanding, that on the appointment of AA as the administrator, it was with the understanding from the courts, that HMRC would be part of that creditors committee.
-
Lol nick......they had four days I think, some say it will take four years to sort their books out. Regardless, it was submitted to the court, and that is now a legal document.

Nick, nick, nick, there is more than one way to skin a cat. HMRC are not stupid, they are f ing mad at the ruling that took away their equal share, and since then they have lost a lot of revenue due to clubs playing the admin game. Look around you nick, look at Bournemouth, Southend, Crystal Palace,Notts County etc, they are all trying like mad to get their Ducks set up in a nice little row. Only Portsmouth it seems, feel that they can get away with writing of that amount of tax debt. Do you seriously think that the Government/PL/FA will let that happen without punishment?

This is my take on things. It was the registrar who called for the S of A. I'm led to believe, that this is binding in law, and all debts generated after this, are deemed illegal. Portsmouth appointed AA, when then were put into admin by Chainrai who claimed secured creditor status. Whilst HMRC agreed, they had a little proviso added to the court order, reserving the right to challenge that status. Thus it is my belief, that there is still a sh1t storm waiting to happen, I believe that HMRC are playing the long game, and giving this muppet lots of rope in which to hang himself. Also relevant IMHO, are the ongoing court cases against previous officers of PCFC, these may yet come back and bite the 'new' owners on the rear end.

Lester Piggott!......he was no easy target. 1987: Lester Piggott jailed for three years Former champion jockey, Lester Piggott, has been sentenced to three years imprsionment after being found guilty of an alleged tax fraud of over £3m. The 51-year-old remained stony-faced as he was sentenced by Mr Justice Farquharson at Ipswich Crown Court. But his wife, Susan, collapsed in tears as he was taken to Norwich prison. Piggott was jailed after failing to declare income to the Inland Revenue of £3.25m.

Yes, hence why I said 'yes' to nickh, when he asked if HMRC can have them back to court. Do not worrym HMRC will be wanting Poopy, dead, dressed, and cooked to perfection.

I assume you mean the final, that you are in, due to some very suspect shananigans. As for St Marys, you mean the game where you 'bestest fans in the world' were silent for the best part of 60 mins, whilst you played (not disputed anywhere), a player who was not registered. Have your day in the sun PIR, but look over your shoulder, there are some serious storm clouds heading your way.

Yes.

Surely, this again is akin to cheating. I thought they were not allowed to increase debt or staff. I'm at a loss as to why the FA/PL are not taking double A to task!

Southampton On 21 July 2009, he signed a two year deal with Southampton, becoming new manager Alan Pardew's first signing.[11] He scored his first goal for the club in a 1–1 draw with Brentford on 22 August 2009.[12] Harding scored his second goal for the club on 12 December against Tranmere Rovers. He also scored another goal against his former club Leeds United on 13 March 2010. That's what I meant by last season, last year;)
-
Nope, he came to us last season!
-
Why?

They make me laugh, do they not realize that if they 'do hang', then they as a club, will get massive points deductions next season, So the fun factor continues;) http://www.fansonline.net/portsmouth/mb/view.php?id=261031 I reckon you're right ... public interest and all that reality's gonna bight 'em soon..I hope? I don't care if they're made an example of .. and it's sad that they're connected to us but football's gotta change and be in in line with the general publics standards of behaviour

A bus load of good Catholic girls, was hit by a train while on a level crossing, they all perished. At the gates of heaven, St Peter asks the girls whether they have ever had any contact with a penis....the first girl giggles and says she once touched the tip of one with her finger. Peter asks the girl to dip her finger into the holy water. The next girl ...says she once fondled one so she sticks her whole hand into the holy water. Suddenly there is a commotion and one girl pushes to the front. 'Jenny, what's the rush?' asks Peter. Jenny says 'I want to gargle that holy water before Kathy sticks her arse in it!'
