Love it, how these guys have grasped their current plight, and feel contrite....not! Bear in mind who's likely to be sold. Belhadj, Wilson, KPB,should get £6-£8 mill, and have they not all been linked to non prem teams, so the issue of them not being able to play against us is minimal, plus the only two decent sides we have left is villa and everton. Plus we should get the £6mill in tv money early, suddenly the debt is minus another £12 mill, plus the players wages from mid may onwards. To me, if the prem want to help us why don't they ask inter, spuds and scousepool and anyone else who owes us money to pay up 1st. The last bit makes me laugh, they can't/won't pay their own debts, but want others to pay debts owed to them, you really couldn't make it up ffs.

Not mentioned, is that they actually made themselves heard. Well done to them.

Had a fiver on 5-0, could of been two down before I was making yellow confetti with my betting slip. I agree, Mills was tosh, but Ricky's goal was a cracker, very well taken. Hope that was the bad one, and we get the job done on Sunday.

I see it's endemic in Poor smouth...Mike Han**** MP, has been caught up in the 'lobbying' scandal, and has been suspended. No wonder he is on the side of the blue phew!

Hope this duck aint flying anywhere near our ex ex chairperson! -
Oh goody, we could join;) Perhaps the PL should have another rule change for next season. They could start with, all PL clubs must be debt free, must be able to provide proof of working funds of £75,000,000 at any time the PL asks during the season. Any teams, present and future must be able to comply with these terms, if not they cannot be in, or join the PL league. Of course this could not happen, because there would only be a couple of teams left in the PL. Play up Pompey

Trouble is, on the thread I've just looked at, they appear not to know why, don't they have a history of their club......oops! I forgot, they're PCFC now, not PFC, they lost that right last time they were in administration.;-)

... Because the father had had some bad publicity, they saw this as a way of protecting the son and cleaning the Gaydamak name MONEY a little bit.''... I think they mis-spelt a word there;)

Corp, if you're going to quote Poopey fans, and what they say, then I suggest you have a look at your own forums. They are so full of sh1t and mis truths. Perhaps your mate is one of those posters. Come come my little blue faced friend, you know you only come on here for the truth. Makes me laugh how far behind this thread, many of the blue phew are/were, and now you know it's all true. So anything quoted by your 'friend' I would take with a pinch of salt, until it is verified by fans from the intelligent 'west' side of Hampshire:smt050

Twitchy!!!

Not yet, not by a long chalk. We will be discussing your plight for many months to come. IMO
-
Yeh, but Poopey won't be part of the PL, when the new deal takes effect. So how will they be entitled to part of a deal. they they themselves are not part of?
-
I think I'm right in saying, that the original model for the NHS, did not allow for free food, or bedding, and that is a big costing to the system.
-
I've raised this before, so it needs a bump. IF all the footballing debts are paid up in full, the the unsecured share of debt owed to HMRC will increase. There is no way if and when! they exit administration, that they will get their 'golden share' for next season, short of paying the tax man his dues, and he wants it all.
-
I suspect, given the wording of the courts decision, that he is un-secured, but HMRC have allowed this farce to go the course, they are in quite a strong position now.
-
We said it would happen, and now HMRC are on the trail. This will have far reaching consequences if proved.

An amusing link IMO http://dingo.care-mail.com/cards/flash/5409/galaxy.swf

Just a little laugh from one of the poopey boards, can't make my mind up if it was done by one of us, or one of our fishy neighbours. http://crabfootball.com/news-article/saint-bono-announces-pompaid-2010/

See buctootim, you are obviously of the tree hugging variety, and your posts reflect that, nothing wrong with your beliefs, but I don't personally, fall for all this PC sh1t. Forget facts, lets talk about real terms. I and all of my work colleagues, are worse off now than we were ten years ago. My disposible income is reducing, as the prices going up, far outstrip the pittiful increase, that my bosses deam to give me. This has averaged about 1.05% over 10 years. Last year I had to take a £50.00 paycut, (it is a recession dn't you know), along with no payrise at all. Now this may not be written facts in your made up left wing world, but it is real. Holidays abroad!, what are they, we now holiday once every three years. I'm not retired Like WG, but I know where he is coming from. Back to the fuel, this gready goverment, has ferked up the ecconomy so badly, that we will be taxed to death for years to come, by all partys. They did sell our gold reserves at rock bottem prices, and dear old Gord, has done everything in his power, to hand over our pension funds to his socialist friends in Europe. He has no intention of reducing tax on fuel, as he is of the spend spend now mentality that all socialists have. Truth is, you may be better off mate, but all of those that I know, are worse off in real terms.

I had a 'join us' request on facebook, and it all seems so simple. Mr Brown will not intervene, as he is sucking tax revenue out of this, the oil companys will not drop their prices, as they are not under any presure to do so. The Arabs are holding the world to ransom, even though the oil reserves in the USA, are greater than anything that the deserts can anti up. Solution...we all boycott the two biggies, Esso and BP. We stop going to their garages, we stop buying their fuel, we stop going to their forecourt shops, don't buy their oils etc etc. I know they supply supermarkets, but thems the places we go. If we all done this, then they would drop their prices quite quickly. The others would all fall into line, or else, we just buy from Esso and BP........lets make the ferkers lower their prices. They hold great sway over our goverments, let them make Brown drop his extortionate takes on fuel, because they will!.

I spoke to an ex assistant Chief Constable about this, some ten years ago. He told me then, that the proportion of young Blacks committing 'minor' crimes, was significantly higher than young Whites. Assaults and Rapes were high on that list. PC gone made IMO, if the police know what creed or colour commit 'street' crime, then they are the ones who should be stopped. Hamster, watch more news mate, re-adjust your political thinking;)

I agree, IMHO, this is a game by game evaluation. First and foremost, we have to beat Swindon, then recalculate, It is very much in our hands at the moment;)

Royal Pier/Town Quay Waterfront Redevelopment
Gingeletiss replied to krissyboy31's topic in The Lounge
Yup!...I agree. Western shore?, Ocean village ( half finished ), New Ski slope?, Ice rink!. West Quay?, the common!. All talked about, and we're still waiting.:smt009 What have we lost.....Ice rink, the Pier, Top rank complex, the Lido, the Zoo:rolleyes:, the bird aviary, a decent common. In fact, pretty much anything and everything, that was there for social/pleasure pursuits.
