  1. Wouldn't it make much more sense for the FOOTBALL chairman to hold these pre-match 'meetings' with the team rather than the PLC chairman? Call me old fashioned.
  2. Can I be the first to point out that a year ago Trousers predicted a strategic alliance between Seattle's fledgling MLS "soccer" team and SFC.... I hereby claim half a point for this somewhat tenuous result.
  3. Is there a record for the number of consecutive posts by one person in the same thread?
  4. Why? and by whom? (I know, rhetorical question) I didn't think the club had anything to hide....?
  5. What's this all about?
  6. Or perhaps combine the MOT with an annual service where they can check these things out before doing the actual MOT, which then simply becomes a tick-box exercise (assuming they service the car properly of course!)
  7. A couple of 'toe dipping' share trades again this week I see.... 8. Are they stockmarket listed PLCs though?
  9. I believe the accounts being reported on will only cover up to 30th June, but I guess they will still have to/want to set the scene for the ensuing half-year in the commentary section....
  10. Would the Cherries/ Rovers cup game go to extra time and penalties if a draw or a replay?
  11. Indeed. Curious.
  12. That article doesn't overtly say that there isn't a sell on clause (from a quick skim read through) but agree that it strongly implies that there isn't
  13. What two comments?
  14. LoL (+ spittle on screen)
  15. By jove....I've got it....you're "John"...and you updated the page before posting about it on here. Nice try Phil...
  16. Better hope they're not wearing "Noodle Guard"
  17. My pleasure
  18. Indeed. They're particularly rubbish at p|ss ups in breweries
  19. Well, I've kept my side of the bargain....
  20. There isn't anything between those two items...anymore.....(?)
  21. Cheers for the info Steve - appreciated.
  22. Knew I should have thought it through first!
  23. What happens if the subscription fee goes up (or indeed down) next year? (I'm assuming the cost is subject to fluctuation depending on the amount of investment needed each year to maintain the same level of service?) Does the PayPal subscription work like a Direct Debit? i.e. does the payee or payer have control of the amount drawn down? cheers
