I accepted JWP's departure because I want him to get back into the England fold, ergo he had to stay in the PL, but needlessly letting Tella go will turn out to be the worse decision of the transfer window IMO. Just checked the TV listings here in Croatia and the only Championship game they're showing tonight is Sheff Wed Vs Middlesbrough... Result! The thought of having to sit in a bar here watching us play again was filling me with dread!

Forum regulars will know that, historically, I'm a pragmatist / benefit-of-the-doubt kinda guy, but after tonight I've seen enough.... Martin is quite clearly out of his depth and we need to replace with the likes of Graham Potter sharpish before it's too late. However, given the recent Jason "everything is rosey" Wilcox interviews, the chances of anything changing are are slim to zero, alas...
