Correct, because that's how VAR is supposed to work, i.e. "only overturn the on-field decision if the ref made a clear and obvious error". This principle should work both ways.

Why did it take VAR so long to come to a conclusion (and an inconclusive one at that) if it was "clearly" a penalty? #logic
