Bugger. Don't they realise that most clubs wait until after a defeat Vs Saints before sacking the gaffer?

Anyone know where Lord D is? Sitting here waiting for his usual "Saintsweb bias" missive before commencing this evening's shenanagins. Hurry up your Lordship, I've got Espresso Martinis to make FFS. #legend

Forster saves that #MartinezHowler

It's still OK for me

Smart move from Ralph before today's game... RH: "Hey, Armando, come here a sec... look, we need you to put in a few average peformances between now and the end of the month so that we can avoid your price tag going up on almost a daily basis before we sort out a deal with Chelsea" AB: "No worries boss, leave it with me..."
-
The ref should have said to Stockley Park: "Bollocks am I going over to the screen. It's taken you c.2 minutes to deduce if I made a clear and obvious error and you haven't been able to come to a definitive conclusion, ergo my original decision stands"

I prefered your more cheerful posts after the Brentford game

File under "one of those days". We weren't great, but we weren't poor either. Wolves the same (although they were head and shoulders above us in the play-acting stakes). If Perraud's header goes in and the game ends 2-2, then no-one would see that as an unfair result. Hey ho. Onto the next one.

Cock 3-1

6 minutes added time

I don't recall half the Wolves team being booked when they were in the ref's face before their penalty decision was overturned....
-
Goal!
-
Stuart Armstrong on... that means we draw at least, no....?
-
Yep, change the VAR rules so that it can only be deployed if not preceded by a player making a poor decision beforehand....

cock 2-0 Forster hesitation Game over
-
Feels like one of those afternoons where we're not going score
-
Note that our players never got in the ref's face like their's did for their penalty...
-
Thick as mince, isn't he?
-
Yikes
-
Adams on for Diallo Hmmm... not sure about that....
-
Even if you are right, VAR shouldn't have overturned the referee's decision as it wasn't a clear and obvious error.... p.s. if Bednarek did make contact with the ball but the referee had given the penalty, I'd be saying the same thing, i.e. VAR shouldn't overrule the original decision
