  5. Nice one @stevegrant. All seems to be working well, although the system caught up with the fact that my subscription elapsed back in November! (I hadn't realised until now, as before the update I was still able to make more than 3 posts per day). Hey ho
  6. Forward-wind to 8m 51s to hear our man speak
  7. Any idea why someone with no future here would be made captain of the B-team?

  10. Does seem to be a tad at odds with our newly hailed philosophy. Even more strange, perhaps, as to why he was made B-Team captain. Surely if anyone in the B-Team was nailed on to be earmarked for progression to the first team, it would be the captain....?
  11. Romeu defo fit again according to Hampshire Live's write-up of the press conference... https://www.hampshirelive.news/sport/football/football-news/southampton-che-adams-injury-news-4888860?a=
  12. So, if Ralph sticks to not playing people out of position (e.g. not pushing JWP or Diallo into more advanced positions), I guess we're looking at something like this.... McCarthy KWP - Bednarek - Stephens - Bertrand JWP - Romeu / Diallo Armstrong - Walcott Adams - Long / N'Lundulu Bench: Forster, Vokins, Valery, Ramsay / Salisu (?), Romeu / Diallo / Jankewitz, Chauke, Smallbone, Ferry / Watts / Robsie (?!), Long / N'Lundulu,
  13. Is Romeu definitely back for this game? IIRC, his estimated return date was 16th Jan so I guess we assume he's OK given there's no mention of him in the pre-match squad news article?
  14. Would love to see N'Lundulu start, but I reckon Ralph will go for experience (i.e. Long)
  15. Salisu appears to have gone off the radar again? (No update on his injury in the above squad news article)
  16. Here's hoping this doesn't turn into one of those "he'll be back in 4 weeks" but then drags out for months without knowing what's occuring scenarios...
  17. Come on Brighton!
  18. It does seem to have gone beyond the 'giving the FA the benefit of the doubt' stage now. I could see why they wanted to wait for the 4th and 5th round draws to take place in order to see how the fixtures mapped out over the next month or so, but I can't see what additional decision making criteria they're now waiting upon. Thinking out loud, maybe both Saints and Leeds have agreed, in principle, to reschedule next week's PL game but the FA are now waiting for Shrewsbury to get the 'all clear' on the covid front?
  19. Come on JRod!
  20. I've got an inkling we may avoid relegation this season (Next season however.... )
