Almost Antonio o'clock...

When was the last time we drew 0-0 two games on the trot...?
-
Yeah, the TV camera angle will make Adams seem further forward than he is (relative to the defender on this side of the field) but I think his upper body is just offside. But I'm still bemused as to how VAR took 5 seconds to reach a conclusion compared to the usual 60 seconds or more. Hey ho. Can't do anything about it now so won't dwell on it any longer
-
Adam's foot looks like it is just ONSIDE but I think his upper arm is probably further forward than their No.24's foot, but given how close it is why on Earth wasn't there the usual VAR forensics?
-
This has got 0-0 written all over it
-
I know he's on the bench but if you could start slagging Armstrong off now I think that would stand us in good stead later in the game. Cheers

Yep, all seemed a lot quicker than usual to me. Adams was easily offside in relation to the two West Ham players closest to him but the defender furthest away was much tighter. Probably was just offside but why no in-depth analysis by VAR?

Ralph seems to go from one extreme to the other in that regard. We've had no full backs on recent benches but now we've got both Vokins and Valery. I'm sure Mr Hassenhuttl knows what he's doing though

N'Lundulu not on the bench. A sign that Obefemi is back in favour?
-
This. Would rather we hadn't rushed him back.

Your dismissal is usual...

Just let us know if thINGS can only get better....

<MLG Mode> That often used phrase doesn't really stack up, logically. Statistically, a player on the bench is highly unlikely to play more than 45 minutes. More likely 30 mins or less. Ergo, it's not unreasonable to have a player who is 'not ready' to play a full game named on the bench. (I suspect Ings will fit into this category today)

Don't think they usually do one for games between Xmas and New Year?

Jannik Vestergaard - Official: Signs for Leicester
trousers replied to ChiefScummer's topic in The Saints
Unless I'm misinterpreting what Ralph is saying here, surely we should have pulled Vestergaard from the squad sooner than we did if continuing to play him was making an underlying injury "worse and worse"? Or maybe something lost in translation? https://www.dailyecho.co.uk/sport/18972990.we-stop-now---hasenhuttl-reveals-vestergaard-knee-injury-getting-worse-worse/
