He is on PL level wages, foreign teams that would want him will struggle to afford to match them. Plus Saints paid £20m+ for him relatively recently, they won't want to make a big loss on him.

There is a buy option on him. If he does well and they take up the buy option he is in the Sport Republic group and has a way to get a UK work permit. If he does very well, he could end up moving to Saints.

Kostic is levels above Orsic. Kostic has proven himself both in Germany and Italy. Orsic did well in international games and in European competitions, but never in a major European domestic league.
