I didn't mean the goals on Sunday. What I meant was that for the last 5 years, McCarthy has been blamed for every goal he's conceded and whilst some of it has been warranted, some absolutely has not and he HAS, in the past, been blamed for goals that no keeper could have stopped.

Yes it is. While McCarthy isn't very good, not every single thing is his fault.

Forster is every bit as awful as McCarthy. It's just Forster's mistakes got brushed under the carpet while McCarthy is blamed for every single goal he concedes even when no keeper in the world could have stopped them.
