This thread should have had the option to make multiple choices. That would have given a better indication of which players did well and who flunked.

The situation for keeping loan players is not in our hands or the player's if their clubs to not want to sell them or re-loan them, so it's not worth worrying too much about it. As for our own players, any of our current squad would be foolish to leave for anything other than a Premiership club. They have too good a stage to play on to show their talents next season if they really want to move on. There is a lot of potential at Saints. It pays to have other good players around you if you want to look good yourself. I don't expect anyone to leave this year except possibly the loaners, or players that Pardew doesn't want.
