Want to get back into Cricket after a 5 years out! Anyone know a club, would like to play evening league ideally. As im getting back into it dont mind what the standard is really.
-
With kids in tow and as you wont be drinking would def park there. Its a 5min walk into the arena, i waited about 30 mins to get out of the car park after but still quicker than tube\river taxi!
-
I always park at the O2, you can pre-pay before you get there, much easier. Richmond is a long tube journey!

Cheers, to be honest i have no idea what a truss is! Im a builders dream ha ha! Will do some research then, just need to weigh up if it will add enough value to the house to make it worth while. I have a 12k budget so sounds like if i do it all independently i may be able to get it done, depending on my roof layout etc. I have an end of terrace and the stair are on the inside wall so that sounds promising. Out of interest who did you use to do the major build work then?
-
Can you get a loft conversion done in any type of pitched roof or are the limitations? Looking to get a builder in to take a look but before i did wanted to ask as i dont know a lot about the subject. Wondered if anyone had any experience of this type of work?

My wife has just had a baby girl, cracking post, some really good advice. All i can say is being 3 weeks in, its tiring very tiring and my wife is breast feeding so can totally see what the others are say, your wife or partner will be tired and you do feel a little helpless at times as you cant help feed. All i can say is chip in a take the load with nappies, changing and winding to help out All in all though its the most amazing feeling in the world being a dad, nothing can prepare you for it, but its amazing and well worth it :-) Can anyone recommend a decent sling? I like the idea of this if we are nipping into a shop etc???

SRL is a legend for the goals he has scored getting us to the premier league but just because we love him doesn't mean he has any particular loyalty to Southampton. In the current football climate, loyalty has gone so it could be that SRL wants a move to an established prem club for the cash. He is 30 and a move to villa would see him guaranteed to start where as with Saints is see him floating in and out of the squad. If he feels he will only get 1 season in the big time he may rather play all the time than rotate and I feel Villa will give him that guaranteed start. I would hate to see him go, but if we replace with better then i don't see the problem. People need to look at both sides in these stories, could be the club want to sell as they feel we now have better and the price is right or could be the player actually wants to move. Just because SRL is a legend in our eyes, we shouldn't think this is at all the same the other way from SRL. Le Tiss was a one off, doesn't mean that every great player we have will be as loyal!

Can you search for players on loan that dont require a fee or wage contribution? I couldnt find it so im wading through all players on loan but it takes ages, nearly every player i try to loan wants a fee which is frustrating?
-
Any tips on getting the weekly wage budget increased. Im basingstoke in the Championship. I have asked the board and they increased my budget to 61k per week from 51k but im still struggling to even find players that will move to me on that budget (for a key player i can afford 4k a week!). I have 12 players for the up and coming season and im 2k over my budget. Any tips???

How easy is it to set up a VPN to work from home
maddog replied to Clapham Saint's topic in Technology Chat
The VPN is not to tricky to setup, depends on the routers the company use for internet access really as the initial setup of VPN users is in the router. Once you are on the VPN you can then map network drives to your machine so you do not need another workstation in the office. Totally depends on the setup, do they have a file server in the office?
