A very boring one from a Saints point of view. Armstrong looks promising though....

People can give the "it's only pre season" excuse all they want but the same issues are still visible from last season. We are a slow side to attack with sideways passes, this makes it virtually impossible for us to create clear chances and we cannot defend.

Barely created anything from open play in that 90 minutes and the same problems defensively as last season still pretty obvious. Hopefully Hughes can use it to find a solution or it'll be another battle next season.
