I'm optimistic too. This is the only chance I get - until five to five when I'm gutted for another week. Might as well enjoy it while I can. So until it's full time I'm hoping, maybe even believing we can win.

I have seen this snide comment repeated before on the forum, and I don't understand it. Should the manager have caused us to score the winner earlier? We stayed up! Why not be happy and/or proud of that fact rather than sneering like that? Are you a Saints fan or what?

I think the reserves leagues were 'restructured' by the FA about 3 years ago. They have made it totally regional, whereas before it was based on the A team's league, I think. Like you say, no disrespect to Lewes Reserves....but bad idea!

Fair enough - that might reduce the heartburn/stomach bloating. I still find the idea that the BEST drink available in 2009 for any athlete is watered down flat coke a bit odd .

I am sorry but I cannot take seriously any professional dietician who recommends fizzy drinks to be taken while exercising.
