  1. So you cannot give any information back to my questions, as put to you. Ignore any previous questions, just these: On what factors would you consider us to be a bigger club than Everton or Leeds. By your own benchmarks, if you like. On what factors would you consider us to be smaller than Everton or Leeds. Again, by your own benchmarks. Now, it's pretty simple really. On that basis alone, can you provide any answers?? Or even a personal opinion?? It doesn't have to be factually correct. Just your opinion. That really is all I'm asking for.
  2. So you won't answer? Not even an estimate? And you dispute that you never answer questions put to you
  3. OK. On what factors would you consider us to be a bigger club than Everton or Leeds. By your own benchmarks, if you like. And on what factors would you consider us to be smaller than Everton or Leeds. Again, by your own benchmarks. And on all of those criteria, by your stipulated benchmarks, are we bigger or smaller than Leeds and Everton?
  4. And you wonder why I say you don't answer questions? Dear Lord. You really won't answer anything that isn't 100% irrefutable.
  5. Say what now?
  6. Are Saints bigger than Leeds? Are Saints bigger than Everton?
  7. You see, I'm sure you see it this way. But you just don't IMO; I've very very rarely seen you offer an definitive opinion about any issue without trying to cover your backside with an if, but, maybe or other such nonsense just in case you get pulled up on it at a later date.
  8. Ha ha, I kind of wish that were true!
  9. Hell yes, I knew we were talking about something else before!! That's my point. I don't particularly enjoy attending home games on a Saturday at 12.45 or 5.15. Certainly not compared to 3pm. For Saturday 3pm games, if there's a game on at 12.45 or 5.15 then I'll more than likely be in a pub before/after the game, and not paying much attention. Hence why I say I think those K.O. times are not the best at all. And as you say, away games make them impossible viewing.
  10. Don't get all precious, I don't hate you; I don't have too much room in my heart for hate, and certainly not for a random oddball on an internet forum. I just find it strange you pick your moments on here to (in the majority) go out of your way to correct posters' statements, without actually offering any noticeable definitive answers to any questions posed of you. Again, seeimingly for the fear that you might (shock horror) be proved wrong.
  11. Your whole sorry backtracking in the "we need to start building a bigger stadium right now" thread where you then claimed it was based upon ifs, buts and maybes and "that's not what I said at all" was a point in case. You seemingly never actually offer an opinion on something unless you're sure it can be proved to be irrefutably correct. I think you must be terrified at the thought of again being actually proved wrong about things you post on here. Just a personal opinion, of course. In any case, I'm sure every other person on here finds this thoroughly boring.
  12. Many, many tedious things.
  13. I'd expect it never to be shown again, but there we go.
  14. I'm not the one who questions everything without actually answering anything.
  15. It's a personal opinion from a social point of view. 12.45 rubbish, no proper time for a pint and lunch in the pub before the game. 5.15, too late in the day and encroaches on the evening too much. You really will try to question anything, won't you? Even when it involves personal opinion.
  16. Why? Any televised Saturday game will be kicking off at 12.45 or 5.15. Both cr*ap times to watch footy either at the game or on TV.
  17. For instance, when tweeting during the Italy v Spain game. Moose: "National anthems: all of the Italy team sang their anthem, none of the Spanish players did. Speaks volumes." Erm, yeah, that's probably because the Spanish national anthem doesn't actually have any lyrics....
  18. He's an absolute arse. he basically gets paid for being sh*t at his job. I personally couldn't care less what he says about Saints as what he says about anything is typically clueless and ignorant waffle. I can't believe West Ham fans are anything but embarrassed by him.
  19. Gazza's free kick for Spurs v Arsenal at Wembley. My favourite bit of commentary ever, probably.
  20. The BBC's coverage of football is turning into a shambles. Shame, as they used to be great. Pundits such as Hansen and Lawrenson are a joke; no research, no insight, just lazy cliches. John Motson is frankly awful. Gubba still gets used and he is pitiful. The best commentator the BBC has by a country mile (Barry Davies) is shamefully only used for sports other than football. And don't get me started on Colin Murray.
  21. We'll have to wait and see when the match tickets come out; but the price of season tickets would seem to suggest that the price increases since the last time we were in the Premier League have not been at all unreasonable. I can remember back in the PL that individual match tickets for the Cat A games were £35, £32 behind the goals. The release of match price tickets will be a decent comparison with that, inflation alone would probably push those prices up to around £40. So I'm sure I buy into the whole "loyal supporters priced out of going" argument.
  22. First off we need to stay up next season; this deal starts for 2013/14.
  23. I'm a bit worried about the way the lad in purple is eyeing up the blonde; I think he looks a bit rapey.
  24. Can't even afford stools for the tables. Our lack of funding is seriously worrying.
  25. 100% correct.
