(Being one of the part time mongs, that can only get to a dozen home games and 3 or 4 away games a season, despite being an ex season ticket holder for over 30 years).
If satisfied by the SoA they can withdraw the WUP but I don't think they have to go back to court. I presume the court case could still proceed if in the lawyers were still convinced they had been trading whilst insolvent?
I think that the only reason there would be a reinstatement (they wouldn't go back through the rounds) is if the FA decided that players like Quincy and O'Hara were signed in contravention of their rules (whilst insolvent) and therefore ineligible.
Probably think it's pointless walking away, in blind hope something will turn up. They'll all resign en mass on 28th February whilst on flights to the Cayman Islands.
The reporter has spoken to Vantis and PCFC and the plan was to hand over at 2pm. It still hadn't happened at 2.30 and they spoke to Vantis just before 3 and they could not confirm that it had happened then.
The Sky reporter said he had asked Vantis why it was going so close to the wire and their reply was that these sort have reports usually take 3 weeks to prepare and they only had 7 days, so have been working around the clock.
