  1. Twitter said midnight (or 00.01) for online sales.
  2. 27,500 sold so far.
  3. Just got my tickets for the Magic Weekend in Edinburgh. 7 games over two days for £25 (season pass holder discount), bargain!!!
  4. Always rated him a decent player but at £11 million, I get the feeling we ripped Wolves off somewhat. http://www.lancashiretelegraph.co.uk/sport/5046764.The_Rumour_Mill___March_8/?ref=rss
  5. Have to say, I'm in the camp of those who think Rickie will not be good enough (or have the pace) for the Premier League but have no doubt he would be a decent striker in the Championship. There may or may not be anything in this story but let's for argument sake say it is genuine. May be Phil Brown has resigned himself to relegation next season but is looking for a striker to fire them back at the first attempt. Anyone think of a better candidate than Rickie Lambert?
  6. How is this Saints' related?
  7. Being a black and white in a sea of Dobbins, I hope you're wrong. C'mon Saints!
  8. Good start but I reckon you thought you'd blown it with Wigan 20 nil up at HT at Bradford. Good second half perfomance by the Black & Whites this evening. Pity the game was ruined by a completely inept refereeing performance yet again by Silverwood. Still 2 more points and 2nd in the table (for 24 hours at least).

  10. TBH, I'm amazed that that is not already actually in the rule book.
  11. I think people forget that 'The Premier League' is a conglomerate of 20 chairmen of football clubs that all have their own agendas. Certainly none of the bottom 6 or 7 are going to spite their own chances of survival, just to protect 'the brand'. Any worried about 'the brand' are more likely to vote against, bending over backwards to help one club because it ruins the integrity of their rule book and open's up the possibility that PCFC would continue to be their problem, next season.
  12. For about 10 minutes, around where the sport is usually.
  13. They're probably staking their pitch on Southsea Common for the opened top victory parade.
  14. Castleford at the KC tonight. Looking forward to seeing this one live after missing last week's victory against Quins.
  15. More like Trash in the [bargain] basement!
  16. Not quite the Quarter Final of the FA Cup though, is it?
  17. I have to say that as it is just a green screen, I don't understand why they don't have a different backdrop each week, from all over the region.
  18. Central South and Thames Valley Tonight both went when ITV merged the regions. The whole of Central Southern England and the South East get Meridian Tonight now from the Whiteley studios (I think part of it may be pre-recorded to make it more local in places).
  19. Now that was an absolute classic!
  20. One of the Thames bridges at Oxford. Not sure exactly which one, could be Shillingford or Bacon's Folly?
  21. We normally go Kingsland North, blocks 34 or 35 for this but had to get family enclosure ones last week.
  22. Yeah, Paul f'ing Rideout!
  23. O/S Twitter just confirmed that on-line sales for phase 3 will commence at midnight Tuesday.
  24. What's their pitch like?
  25. Exactly what I thought and I believe Trevor Watkins, when summarising for SSN said something very similar (in lawyer speak).
