what do you fo once you have got onto sopcast?

how did u do it?

justin. tv says not braodcast and sopcast costs money to set up

training technique is fine but mentality also plays a huge part, you can;t train players for that pressure

just what we needed. u can only beat what is put in front of you we just need to find some consistency. anyone got a link for highlights of the goals?

the "wake up call" obviosuly referred to the more senior players who need to show more enthusiasm and effort to be in the team ala BWP, John and Dyer. I think Jan is expressing that they need to work harder and perhaps look at the example of younger more eager players.

if we lose surman that would top it for me. its bad enough losing davies. surman has potential, and with the empahisi on the young etc etc. we need players who are coomtied to this club and a player like surman. cannot believe just how far down we are going

can't believe i won;t have a season ticket next year, could be a good season, but a few injuries could expose our weaknesses, still not sure of mcgoldrick and we do lack a bit of experiecne in terms of finishing off the game. other than that we played very very well and West HAm still had a very good team playing
